The customer survey recently conducted by Operator One provided some interesting and inspiring feedback. The result shows that nearly all of our customers find the services good and easy to use, and that they are very likely to recommend them to others.

The customer survey shows that the main reasons for making international phone calls with Operator One, is that the prices are low (23%), that the service is good and easy to use (17%) and that it is possible to sign up for free (14%).

94% of the respondents think it is easy or very easy to make a phone call with Operator One and 96% thinks it is easy or very easy to add a contact to their Operator One account.

- But the result that I am most proud of is that 94% of our customers are likely or very likely to recommend our services to others! says Daniel Dersén, CEO of Operator One.

Guidance and support
- However, we noticed that some of our newer customers had problems with understanding how to make a phone call. Therefore we have added a smart guide to our site that I think will be of great help. Also, we are focusing on providing fast and accurate answers to any support question our customers might have, says Daniel Dersén.

- Actually, sometimes I think that our service is almost too easy to use! Customers used to calling cards or making phone calls through the computer are sometimes quite surprised by how smart and simple our service is to use.

Continuous improvements
A majority of the respondents (58%) would use Operator One’s services more if it was possible to make free calls to contacts that are on Skype.

- We are hoping to launch this feature later this year, says Erik Afzelius, COO of Operator One.

- Through our survey we also found out that several of the respondents were missing the possibility to make payments using PayPal. This payment method is now available! says Erik Afzelius.
